My name is Lisa. I'm a long-time follower of Christ. I help launch & lead local & national initiatives that equip people to talk & walk with God & do good in the world. But one of my greatest passions is to provide spiritual direction for men & women of faith leading & influencing in their own sacred or secular fields of work. God has uniquely graced & gifted me to do this really well. Go figure.

35 years of field experience: Church planter & Pastor of Discipleship for A-Pak (Organic church expression). Church planter & Lead Pastor for LifeHouse Church (Nondenominational). Director of 24-7 Prayer/Charlotte (Cross-denominational). Director of The Justice Project helping local churches effectively serve inner-city neighborhoods. Ministries Pastor at Renovatus Church (Church Of God). Pastor of Spiritual Formation at The Grove Church (Presbyterian). Spiritual Director for the western region of United Methodist missional leaders. Director of ESC, an anti-trafficking agency raising awareness, mobilizing volunteers & providing safe-houses for trafficking survivors. Co-launcher & leader of the FORCLT City-wide Prayer Network (cross-denominational church unity movement). 24-7 Prayer National Director, then National Prayer Director. Currently: 24-7 Prayer National Mission & Justice Director (inter-denominational), Board member of The Sabbath Life (an Anglican work). Director of 24-7 Prayer OK, & CEO of The Shepherds Collective, a community of seasoned ministry leaders serving other leaders & teams in the field of soul care. I'm a Spiritual Director to Spiritual Directors, Pastors & leaders of all kinds from racially & culturally diverse backgrounds & across diverse Christian faith traditions all around the world.
